About the role

  • Create and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the current software strategy
  • Develop a detailed roadmap for the digital product strategy
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the digital product strategy
  • Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Influence and inspire teams across different functions and regions
  • Explore and evaluate new technologies that enhance product offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or similar
  • At least 10 years of experience in the test and measurement industry or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of current and future trends in the test and measurement market
  • Excellent creativity and analytical thinking skills
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • Fluent in English, and preferably in other languages
