About the role

  • Lead the development and creation of strategic communications for RAC globally
  • Partner with RAC’s Senior Leadership and Management teams
  • Develop email communications, campaigns, and other materials
  • Ensure consistency of messaging
  • Support overall business goals by collaborating with Directors across departments
  • Manage thought leadership and key messaging for executives
  • Oversee the management of all social media channels
  • Act as corporate media contact and respond to the media
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Management Team on communication events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Related Field
  • Minimum of 10 years professional work experience in a similar setting
  • Minimum of 5 years managing staff in a corporate communications / marketing / administration environment
  • Experience managing globally; communication campaigns
  • Experience managing PR agencies and independent contractors
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required (85 - 95%)
