About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and creation of strategic communications for RAC globally
- Partner with RAC’s Senior Leadership and Management teams
- Develop email communications, campaigns, and other materials
- Ensure consistency of messaging
- Support overall business goals by collaborating with Directors across departments
- Manage thought leadership and key messaging for executives
- Oversee the management of all social media channels
- Act as corporate media contact and respond to the media
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Management Team on communication events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Related Field
- Minimum of 10 years professional work experience in a similar setting
- Minimum of 5 years managing staff in a corporate communications / marketing / administration environment
- Experience managing globally; communication campaigns
- Experience managing PR agencies and independent contractors
- Fluency in English and Spanish required (85 - 95%)
