Responsibilities
Help drive the design, development, and operation of cloud deployment pipelines in AWS.
Partner with internal squads to accelerate delivery via automated pipelines and Generative AI
Deliver platform engineering initiatives aligned with enterprise cloud first strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Champion DevSecOps practices and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
8–10 years of software engineering experience with a focus on automation and SDLC
3–5 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud development and migration
Proficiency in languages such as Python, NodeJS, Angular, GoLang, and Java
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Open Tofu, AWS CloudFormation)
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and platform resiliency
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or AI technologies preferred
Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering team growth preferred
Expertise in Kubernetes, AWS Native Services, and Serverless Technologies (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM) preferred
Familiarity with Generative AI and its integration into cloud platforms preferred
Strong DevSecOps background with secure CI/CD pipeline implementation preferred
Experience with observability tools (DataDog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana) preferred
Hands-on experience with Jenkins Core, Artifactory, and Runtime Monitoring preferred
Database experience with DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and Oracle preferred
Solid foundation in Linux system administration, networking, and load balancing preferred
Strong problem-solving skills across systems, networks, and applications preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset preferred.
