About the role

  • Lead and organize the digitalization team’s activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Guide the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, automated database and reporting solutions, integrating diverse data sources (CRM, TAM, Financials, Headcount, etc.) into unified and reliable Power BI datasets.
  • Implement robust data governance and validation frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization of key data dimensions across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, translate, and prioritize complex business needs into clear digital, analytical, and visualization solutions, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Leverage technical expertise to overcome system limitations and drive creative, sustainable solutions that enhance data reliability and decision-making efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in PowerBI development, or analytics, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, and Modeling), understanding and implementing PowerBI best practices.
  • Experience integrating diverse data sources (CRM, ERP, HR, Financial systems).
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Salesforce CRM ecosystem tools preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams effectively and deliver complex projects on time.
