Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to understand client pain points and guide them through digital change.
- Prior experience working with or within sales organizations is a strong plus, enabling you to advise clients on sales processes.
- Experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
- Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management methodologies.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at different levels.
- Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
- Interest in growing with the company and working in a dynamic environment with local and international clients.
