About the role
- Support the definition of product strategy and roadmaps, taking into account market trends, technology and sector regulations.
- Conduct technical and financial feasibility analyses for new products and business models.
- Prepare business cases and profitability studies, including pricing and margin projections.
- Act as a liaison between technical, commercial and operational teams, ensuring integration of information and timelines.
- Participate in product lifecycle management, from conception to post-launch.
- Support innovation and digital transformation projects, such as IoT solutions, smart grids, energy efficiency and automation.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
- Prepare executive presentations and supporting materials for committees and strategic forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or related fields.
- Previous experience in product management, consulting or business development.
- Knowledge of market analysis and portfolio management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
- Analytical, structured and results-oriented profile.
- Proactive and committed.
- Experience in the utilities sector (energy, gas, water/sewerage or infrastructure) is desirable.
- Knowledge of innovation and digital products (IoT, analytics, automation).
