About the role

  • Maintain and update product listings, banners, landing pages, and promotions.
  • Lead organic and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive qualified traffic.
  • Improve the customer journey and increase wholesale order conversions online.
  • Track KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics, GA4, and similar tools.
  • Strategically grow digital conversions from the West Palm Beach market.
  • Work onsite with leadership, sales, and marketing teams daily.
  • Plan and execute seasonal, holiday, and product-specific online promotions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the digital rollout of new products and categories on the website.
  • Identify and communicate improvements needed in website design, layout, or mobile responsiveness.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns and retargeting ads to bring customers back.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or e-commerce.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, paid media, and conversion strategy.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to be fully onsite in West Palm Beach.
  • B2B/Wholesale experience is a major plus.
