About the role

  • Concept & Design Execution: Create visually impactful, brand-aligned digital designs across platforms.
  • Design and animate content for paid social, display ads, motion graphics, and short-form video.
  • Translate brand guidelines into dynamic, digital-first experiences.
  • Design with performance in mind—balancing craft, strategy, and platform-specific needs.
  • Collaboration & Ideation: Partner with Designers, Copywriters, and Strategists to bring campaigns to life.
  • Contribute to brainstorms, storyboards, and mood boards during concept development.
  • Present ideas and participate in feedback sessions with internal teams.
  • Motion & Video: Edit, animate, and enhance short-form video content with motion graphics.
  • Ensure alignment with brand tone and storytelling across formats.
  • Digital Production & Asset Management: Design static and animated assets (GIFs, videos, graphics) tailored to each channel.
  • Prepare final files and maintain trackers for seamless production delivery.
  • Build and manage a library of reusable design assets and templates.
  • Platform & Channel Optimization: Apply best practices for digital, social, and affiliate media.
  • Optimize creative for engagement, conversion, and performance.
  • Presentation & Collaboration: Present creative concepts to internal and external teams, participate in brainstorming sessions, share fresh design perspectives, and storyboard creative concepts for internal presentations.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in an agency or studio setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work across digital media.
  • Demo Reel with polished design, animation and video projects.
  • Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography in both static and motion formats.
  • Strong understanding of current industry tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Broad knowledge of the animation/video creation process, from storyboards to rendering to optimization best practices.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Figma.
  • Knowledge of video formats, compression, and post-production workflows.
  • Bonus: familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema 4D/Blender), AI tools, and/or basic sound design.
  • Creative problem-solver who balances craft with strategy.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a “get-er-done” mindset.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across internal and external teams.
  • Comfortable presenting and iterating based on feedback.
  • Curiosity-driven, with a passion for exploring new tech and emerging design trends.
