Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing initiatives
- Design presentations, social media creatives, campaign materials, branding elements, and advocacy marketing assets

- Take full ownership of deliverables from concept to final execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Proactively suggest creative improvements and innovative approaches
- Modernize design process using AI tools where applicable
- Manage files within our internal systems and follow structured processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience designing for digital campaigns and social media
- Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)
- Ability to integrate AI into creative workflows to improve efficiency and output quality
- Interest in staying up to date with emerging creative technologies and trends
- Comfortable working within Microsoft Teams and shared digital workspaces
- Willingness to be integrated into our communication channels and file systems
- Clear communicator who can interpret briefs and translate them into strong creative outputs
- High level of accountability and ownership over deliverables
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and independently implement improvements
