About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the e-commerce digital communications strategic calendar.
- Ensure consistency between brand identity and digital actions (branding and aesthetics).
- Define tone of voice, visual narrative and digital guidelines.
- Work in partnership with marketing and branding to integrate institutional and promotional campaigns.
- Align digital communication with commercial goals (sales, conversion, average order value, retention).
- Create digital campaigns focused on aesthetic impact and performance.
- Monitor performance KPIs (CTR, conversion, ROI, engagement) and propose real-time adjustments.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to plan seasonal activations and promotional campaigns.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration among communication, branding, UX, commercial and technology teams.
- Establish agile processes for efficient, integrated communication delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Design, Business Administration or related fields;
- Postgraduate/MBA in Digital Marketing, Branding, Business Management or UX preferred;
- Proven experience in digital communications and e-commerce;
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams (design, content, media, UX, performance);
- Business acumen and a results-oriented strategic mindset;
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative refinement, with a keen eye for visual and cultural trends;
- Analytical, data-driven approach, translating metrics into action plans;
- Innovative and curious profile, attentive to new technologies, AI and digital movements;
- Clear and inspiring communication, with the ability to negotiate and influence;
- Collaborative leadership, promoting integration between creative, commercial and technology areas.
