About the role

  • DevOps Support Analyst responsible for automating development and infrastructure processes in cloud and on-premise environments. Collaborating with development and operations teams for efficient and secure deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development team, acting as the interface between developers and the corporate IT operations team.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Monitor Development, Staging (UAT) and Production environments.
  • Assist in configuration management and deployments.
  • Contribute to best practices for version control, testing, and monitoring.
  • Assist in supporting cloud environments (Azure).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to support, infrastructure, or DevOps.
  • Experience with CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Basic monitoring knowledge with Prometheus and Grafana (or equivalents).
  • Basic scripting knowledge: Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Intermediate level of Spanish is desirable (B1).
