About the role
- DevOps Support Analyst responsible for automating development and infrastructure processes in cloud and on-premise environments. Collaborating with development and operations teams for efficient and secure deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Support the development team, acting as the interface between developers and the corporate IT operations team.
- Support CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Monitor Development, Staging (UAT) and Production environments.
- Assist in configuration management and deployments.
- Contribute to best practices for version control, testing, and monitoring.
- Assist in supporting cloud environments (Azure).
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to support, infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Basic monitoring knowledge with Prometheus and Grafana (or equivalents).
- Basic scripting knowledge: Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Intermediate level of Spanish is desirable (B1).
