Responsibilities
Support and maintain financial services and settlement systems
Manage configuration settings using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
Handle SSL certificate issuance, renewal, and lifecycle management
Design and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure environments
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for release management
Ensure high availability and performance using monitoring tools like SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, or NewRelic
Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Use IT management tools like ServiceNow and JIRA for incident and task tracking
Support middleware and automation tools including ActiveBatch, RabbitMQ, UiPath, and Tibco
Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure components including networking, operating systems, Active Directory, and IT hardware
Develop scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, .NET, or JavaScript
Manage databases and write SQL queries for performance and reliability
Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application delivery
Follow security best practices and address system vulnerabilities
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with DevOps principles
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and blameless postmortems for problem management
Document and share knowledge using platforms like SharePoint and Confluence
Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning
Deliver 24/7 on-call support for critical systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years supporting complex, business-critical application systems
Minimum 5+ years in DevOps or a related engineering role
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
Knowledge of configuration management (e.g., IIS Web Server, Apache Tomcat)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
