About the role

• DevOps Analyst at Almaviva Solutions in São Paulo leading CI/CD automation and governance. Focused on Azure environments with cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the standardization, automation and governance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring scalability, security and observability of Azure environments.
• Act as a technical reference, supporting architects, developers and managers in defining and evolving DevOps practices at the corporate level.
• Define and maintain the corporate CI/CD model, with modular, versioned and auditable pipelines;
• Establish infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards and deployment governance (Terraform / Bicep);
• Work on automation of complex environments (AKS, Web Apps, Data Factory, Functions, etc.);
• Integrate pipelines with monitoring and observability tools (Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace);
• Define and implement automated approval and rollback flows, with traceability and centralized logs;
• Support the Architecture COE in standardizing deployments and integration across project teams;
• Provide technical mentoring to Mid and Junior profiles, disseminating best practices;
• Collaborate with FinOps and Security to control costs and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates and YAML pipelines;
• Solid experience with AKS (Kubernetes), Azure Web Apps, API Management, Application Gateway and Azure Networking;
• Advanced knowledge of corporate CI/CD, test automation and controlled rollback;
• Experience with monitoring and APM (Application Performance Monitoring);
• Ability to integrate with Azure AD, Key Vault, Front Door and Azure Policy;
• Experience in segregated and critical environments (government production).
• Proactive, results-oriented approach, with a corporate architecture mindset;
• Ability to influence teams and standardize practices at scale;
• Strong sense of traceability, security and governance.
• Differentials:
• Certifications: AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305, CKA/CKAD;
• Experience in public environments with multiple integration pipelines and release control;
• Participation in an Architecture or DevOps COE;
• Experience with pipeline observability and auditing (Dynatrace, Sentinel, Azure Logs).
