  • Destination Manager responsible for managing VOX's global voice destinations. Ensuring competitive pricing, service quality, and optimizing telecom network routes while negotiating with carriers.

Responsibilities

  • managing and optimizing the performance of VOX Solutions’ global voice destinations
  • ensuring competitive pricing and high quality of service
  • evaluating and expanding telecom network routes
  • negotiating with carriers and maintaining relationships with international partners
  • maximizing cost efficiencies and identifying new opportunities in emerging markets
  • ensuring VOX Solutions’ services remain reliable and competitive across all destinations

Requirements

  • minimum 4 years experience in international wholesale voice
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • solid understanding of call quality metrics and performance indicators in the telecom industry
  • proficiency with telecom billing, routing, and performance management tools
  • fluency in English (writing and speaking)
