• Mid-Weight Designer crafting creative designs that bring brands to life across different platforms. Collaborating with multiple clients and delivering on-brand design work.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling creative that brings brands to life across print, digital and motion
• Shape bold, effective design that speaks to audiences and makes an impact
• Work across multiple clients, getting under the skin of each brand to produce thoughtful, relevant and always well-crafted work
• Produce high-quality, on-brand design work across a range of formats
• Bring creative ideas and shape them into well-resolved solutions
• Stay focused on accuracy, consistency and design standards
• Take ownership of your projects and manage your time well
• Ask questions, share ideas and listen to feedback
• Work well with others, from account managers to fellow creatives
• Support your team and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused environment
• Deliver campaign and brand assets from initial concept to finished product
• Apply strong layout, typography and brand knowledge to everything you do
• Develop creative ideas that align with strategy and client goals
• Create both original creative and finished artwork as required
• Contribute to pitch work and internal ideation sessions
• Support consistency across client touchpoints and design systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment
• A strong portfolio that shows both ideas and execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as knowledge of working in MS Office (particularly PPT)
• Motion skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro are a real bonus
• Familiarity with digital and browser-based tools like Figma, Canva or Sketch is welcome
• A solid understanding of branding and how to apply it effectively
• Strong visual communication and the ability to present your ideas clearly
• A good attitude, a team mindset and a drive to keep developing your craft
