Responsibilities
Lead design management, maintaining technical drawings, standards, and specifications for new and existing production lines
Collaborate with project managers, process engineers, and internal teams to ensure designs meet operational requirements
Support installation and commissioning of production equipment, integrating real-time design feedback
Ensure all designs comply with Bridor standards, FSQA regulations, and clean design principles
Develop and maintain a comprehensive design database for production lines
Organize specifications and design selections to support capital projects
Manage design expectations, technical drawings, standards, and write-ups
Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and drive projects on schedule
Support process equipment installation and commissioning phases, capturing feedback to optimize designs
Requirements
4–10 years in industrial construction, process engineering, or food manufacturing design
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and project management tools
Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and sanitation standards
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Experience managing multi-disciplinary or multi-site projects (preferred)
