About the role

Responsibilities
- Optimizing the experience for the flying public, Air Traffic Control, and the airline industry by improving the collaboration and decision-making capabilities of flight controllers
- Helping to lead the programmatic schedule execution of an accelerated deployment to FAA centers
- Collaborate with customers on driving activities
- Work directly with Engineering and Program Leadership, to identify functional, usability and performance deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvements
- Define overall program plan; with simultaneous builds and deployments
- Able to resolve complex issues across orgs
- Able to understand System Level Requirements
- Provide guidance to test team and ensure team goals are appropriately set to meet all program milestones
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 9+ years of professional experience; or a Master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 7+ years of professional experience
- Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer
- Experience leading and directing activities of a team
- Experience in following a documented Integration and Test Development Process
- Experience in the use of UNIX and Linux operating systems
- Strong integration skills with hands-on experience integrating large software complex systems
