- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, PySpark) for task automation.
- Familiarity with cloud environments — Azure required; AWS and GCP are a plus.
- Experience with Databricks solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and project management.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Focus on operational stability and reliability.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, or similar are a plus.
- Previous experience in mission-critical or high-availability environments.
