About the role

• Data Scientist improving ML models and driving R&D for financial AI at Bridgeapi. Collaborating on scalable data architecture with an innovative Data & Product team.

Responsibilities

• Create, deploy and oversee the continuous improvement of our ML models
• Participate in R&D for upcoming algorithms such as LLMs
• Contribute to the scalable data architecture of our platform
• Develop feature engineering strategies aligned with upcoming projects
• Propose new data sources
• Lead optimization of algorithms such as Random Forest, XGBoost, LLMs and Mixture of Experts
• Design pipelines and implement CI/CD processes
• Implement monitoring, drift detection and predictive maintenance
• Optimize production systems for performance and scalability

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
• 3–5 years’ experience in Data Science or ML Engineering
• Experience delivering ML projects in production
• Knowledge of the financial domain (KYC, scoring, fraud)
• Expertise in classification and regression algorithms
• Strong command of evaluation metrics and model optimization
• Experience in feature engineering and variable selection
• Familiarity with scalable ML architectures and best practices
