About the role

  • Lead the design of end-to-end data science analytics solutions using technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Azure services, and Neo4j.
  • Guide and execute data preprocessing, harmonization, and feature engineering to prepare modeling datasets.
  • Research and apply emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and validate machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions—selecting the least complex approach that meets business needs.
  • Deploy and maintain scalable analytics solutions.
  • Lead stakeholder conversations to translate business needs into data-driven recommendations.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices across analytics and AI domains.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, or a related quantitative field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
  • No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
  • Data Science: Ability to extract insights from complex datasets using statistical analysis, modeling, and machine learning techniques to inform business decisions.
  • Python: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, modeling, and deployment of analytics solutions using libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skill in engaging with cross-functional teams and business partners to understand needs, communicate insights, and drive alignment on data-driven strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to connect analytics work to broader business goals, anticipate future challenges, and guide teams toward impactful, long-term solutions.
