- Proficient in data visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, STATA, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced in conducting end-to-end research and analysis.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Proven experience managing and scaling data science or analytics teams.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
