About the role
- Own the roadmap to implement a product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Assist in defining and tracking key metrics to measure product performance and business impact
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and documentation
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and business teams to deliver reliable data products
- Contribute to data quality checks, validation, and reporting
- Translate business needs into actionable data initiatives and insights
- Learn and apply product management best practices and contribute to a product-led culture
Requirements
- Experience as a product manager, analyst, or professional with an interest in data products and analytics
- Comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis
- Eager to learn about ETL processes, data modelling, and data pipelines
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams and support stakeholders
- Curious, analytical, and motivated to develop into a full Data Product Manager
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under guidance
- Comfortable learning in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of well-defined tasks
- Ideally: some experience or coursework in data, analytics, or product management
- Ideally: familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or visualization tools
- Ideally: exposure to data pipelines, ETL, or data modeling concepts is a plus
- Interest in understanding business impact from data products
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
