  • Collect, clean, organize, and process sets of basic data from various sources
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of the structured datasets
  • Maintain data integrity and security

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • Previous data entry, data processing or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Previous experience in the call center environment (helpful but not required)
  • Experience with data entry/processing tools (helpful but not required)
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices (helpful but not required)
