About the role

  • Analyze and document current data flows across R&D and Translational Medicine departments
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions in existing data management processes
  • Design and implement tools and processes to enhance data quality and traceability
  • Perform data analyses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
  • Collaborate with data managers, IT, reference data teams, and business stakeholders to align efforts
  • Support the development of user documentation and quality control protocols
  • Develop and maintain SQL and Python scripts for data validation and quality monitoring
  • Work closely with the Data Quality Lead to ensure alignment of all data quality initiatives
  • Contribute to weekly progress updates and monthly activity reports
  • Participate in the preparation of test and validation documents related to data workflows

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience in data management or data quality. Previous exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments is a plus. Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a regulated setting.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (intermediate level).
  • Basic understanding of Python for data scripting.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to document workflows clearly.
  • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
