Responsibilities

- Coordinate with other managers to plan, prioritize, assign, and execute projects.
- Monitor and field inquiries from customers and colleagues about our data.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones and disciplines to uncover pain points, process improvements, and data requirements.
Requirements
- Experience working in environments reliant on Excel, DAX, PowerQuery, SQL, Python, DBT, and Snowflake
- Technical proficiency with these tools is required
- Experience in a data or software development role with line management responsibilities
- Power industry experience not required but preferred
- Excited about building, guiding, and inspiring a global team of analysts and analytics engineers
- Hands on approach to problem solving that delves into the details while maintaining the ability to succinctly propose solutions to steer decisions
- Independently completes projects given time and platform constraints
- Passionate ownership of projects and excitement to share accomplishments with fellow Woodmackers
- Fluent in English.
