About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data sources, design mappings, and define transformations
- Translate business needs into ETL requirements and build end-to-end data integration solutions
- Develop, implement, and maintain SSIS packages, ensuring proper storage and documentation of provisioning scripts
- Optimize and monitor data integration processes for scalability, robustness, and performance
- Contribute to key initiatives that shape global supply chain operations
- Work with multicultural/global teams as part of EX Squared LATAM partnership with a leading supply chain company
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in SSIS and SQL
- Proven experience implementing SSIS packages and documenting provisioning scripts
- Solid background in data integration/ETL across multiple tools, considering velocity, variety, veracity, and volume
- Experience with Oracle Fusion (nice-to-have, highly valued)
- Knowledge of supply chain software as source/target systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Familiarity with cloud-based ETL or data platforms (nice to have)
- Ability/willingness to work hybrid: 3 days per week on-site in Mexico City
