- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to Client program performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science or related field
- 4 - 6 years of job-related experience
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to mentor and train other analysts and business partners on analytical methods
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Advanced knowledge of the operations of the business and the insurance industry
- Strong facilitation and project management skills
- SQL, Python, AWS, DataViz Tools
