Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our analytics product portfolio
- Partner closely with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to define and deliver data products
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ventra’s analytics products
- Translate complex business problems into clear, scalable product solutions
- Partner with Power BI developers and data engineers to deliver robust dashboards
- Prioritize the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and drive release planning
- Evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on feedback
- Support stakeholder communications and occasionally participate in client discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6–9+ years of experience in data product management, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles
- CSPO Certification
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product development teams in an Agile environment
- Strong background in dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of data warehouse environments such as Snowflake.
