About the role
- Data Analyst developing dashboards and automating solutions for efficient data analysis at Tech Shop. Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with strategic needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and automation solutions to support strategic areas by collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to produce reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
- Diagnose complex scenarios based on data and trends, proposing solutions that add business value.
- Propose and implement improvements to data analysis and delivery processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Create and maintain data models and structures focused on efficiency and accessibility.
- Develop strategic dashboards and reports in Power BI for different company areas.
- Research and apply new automation techniques and tools to improve analytical and operational processes.
- Work collaboratively with the data manager and business stakeholders to align solutions with the company’s strategic needs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Power BI (dashboards, reports, services).
- Knowledge of API consumption and data modeling.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Windows automation tools (such as PowerShell, Task Scheduler, etc.).
- Experience with Python (data analysis and manipulation).
- Experience with data extraction and data cleansing/processing.
- Proactive and autonomous profile with strategic vision and ability to execute.
- Good communication skills for interacting with business areas and presenting analyses and insights.
