Responsibilities
- Proactively supports the delivery of multi-technology consulting services to clients

- Reviews the developed infrastructure to ensure alignment to roadmaps and adherence to architecture principles
- Conducts regular technology related reviews
- Supports the development strategies and solutions defining meta-architectural designs for complexity solutions
- Supports research and investigation of emerging infrastructure technologies and associated best practices
- Contributes to the improvement of current methodologies, processes, and tools
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
- Excellent understanding of multi-technology infrastructure design coupled with strategic thinking ability
- Knowledge on multi-technology infrastructure design best practice
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Extensive knowledge of systems, software and programming languages
- Excellent client service orientation
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field
- Scaled Agile certification desirable
- Advanced comprehensive technical experience in a similar role within a large scale technology services environment
- Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience
- Advanced expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience
