Support the IT organization and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) within the Cybersecurity Organization
Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files and web content (e.g. SharePoint)
Interview callers and make proper referrals
Arrange meetings and conferences
Receive, refer, or answer mail
Review drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answering questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures
Gather, compile, and report on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment
Attend staff meetings, prepare slide decks, record notes and action items, and disseminate to stakeholders
Manage Cyber Organization directorate activity calendars including holiday, leave, and associated events
Requirements
High school diploma with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or an Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
U.S. citizenship due to the federal nature of the work
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance
Expert communication and writing skills
Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be able to read, write, and comprehend applicable written and/or oral communications
Ability to prioritize and adapt to fluctuating tasks
Strong organization and planning skills
Requires ability to establish, maintain, communicate and coordinate advanced administrative programs and projects
Broad working knowledge of the Cyber Organization, IS&S organization and the company policies and practices
Must be able to handle advanced, diversified, and confidential duties that may be administrative in nature or project-based
