Cyber Auditor supporting SMEs in fulfilling Cyber Essentials and IASME Governance standards. Delivering certifications and providing security guidance to clients and supporting team members.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Essentials and IASME Governance auditor to support our mission in providing clear and simple cyber advice to SMEs and enable them to achieve the Cyber Essentials government standard and IASME Governance questions.
You will own the delivery of Cyber Essentials certifications and will often be called upon to provide accurate security guidance to new and existing customers around the scheme’s certification process as well as seeking potential business development opportunities.
A key part of your day will not only involve providing security advice and support to our clients, but also providing support for the rest of the team, including Customer Success and Customer Support.
Timely assessment of all Cyber Essentials submissions - we aim to respond to all submitted certifications within the working day.
Meet service level agreement targets in responding to live chats
Continuous professional development that leads to Cyber Essentials Plus qualification as a minimum
Once qualified, conduct Cyber Essentials Plus auditing either remotely or on-site. Note that on-site audits may require overnight stays away from home, which will be fully funded by the company.
Provide information security knowledge to clients as they seek certification and internally to Sales and Customer Success Account managers to facilitate development of new opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak authoritatively with clients about cybersecurity
