About the role

  • Night Auditor welcoming and handling guest transactions while completing nightly hotel audits. Ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and handling all guest transactions in a quick, accurate and pleasant manner.
  • Completing the nightly hotel audit.
  • Collecting the proper payment including any cash deposits.
  • Ensuring all exterior doors are locked and secured during the shift.
  • Making reservations via phone or walk-in.
  • Answers phones in a friendly manner.
  • Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized work area.
  • Performing laundry functions including sorting, washing, drying and folding as needed.
  • Setting up and verifying all wake-up calls.
  • Starting breakfast tasks no later than 5am and preparing breakfast items.
  • Completing all shift duties by the end of each shift.

Requirements

  • Motel/hotel, retail or guest service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work well with others and independently.
  • Must have reliable transportation and phone.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must be available to work holidays, weekends, or any time needed.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
