About the role

  • Shape new propositions, focusing on analyses, storytelling and positioning
  • Independently develop marketing strategy, positioning and tactical marketing plans
  • Own segmentation, targeting and messaging processes
  • Serve as key SPOC between Product Management, Acquisition & Retention, Brand & Communication and other stakeholders
  • Initiate roadmap items with Product Manager and bring adaptations or new products to market
  • Continuously monitor market and competitors and adapt plans accordingly
  • Collaborate within the Customer Value Proposition team to create features and products across customer journeys

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Go To Market management, brand management or product management
  • Analytical mindset; interpreting data and insights
  • Conceptual thinking and scenario planning
  • Ability to take and defend strategic decisions at various hierarchical levels
  • Value-driven focus on increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Empathy with target groups; identify customer needs effortlessly
  • Ability to establish and maintain a broad internal network; act as SPOC for products and journeys
  • Languages: speaks and writes Dutch or French, and English fluently
