About the role
- Customer Support role at a young software company in Oldenburg. Supporting customer inquiries and handling software documentation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung von Kundenanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Bearbeitung von Bug-Tickets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern (z. B. Development)
- Annahme, Bearbeitung, Beantwortung und Dokumentation von weiteren Kundenanfragen über JIRA
- Pflege und Aktualisierung des Ticketsystems
- Umsetzung kleinerer Dienstleistungen bei unseren Kund:innen
- Durchführung standardisierter Online-Trainings
- Implementierung, Test, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation der Software
Requirements
- langjährige und fundierte Erfahrungen im Customer Support
- versierter Umgang mit gängigen Ticketsystemen (z. B. JIRA Service Desk, Confluence)
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität, Engagement und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Offenheit, Teamfähigkeit, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Freude am Kundenkontakt und souveränes Auftreten, auch bei kritischen Anfragen
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Windows Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen
- IT-Affinität und erste Erfahrungen mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen wünschenswert
