About the role

  • Engage in positive and understanding conversations with customers. Make sure they feel heard and supported, addressing all their questions and concerns until they're resolved.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including reasons for contact, solutions provided, follow-up actions, and any other relevant information to enhance our service quality.
  • Provide exceptional support to our drivers and passengers through phone, email, and digital channels. You'll ensure all issues and needs are logged and managed according to our processes and guidelines.
  • Deliver efficient and productive support to meet our service levels (SLA) and contact centre KPIs.
  • Embrace and reflect the values of our Client and CPM in your daily work. Follow all Client policies, EU legal frameworks, and local government regulations.

Requirements

  • Fluent Flemish : You’re confident communicating in Flemish, both written and spoken.
  • English Communication : You’ll be working with an international team, so you need to be comfortable in English too!
  • Customer-First Mindset : You love helping people and solving problems, whether it’s over the phone or by email.
  • Tech-Savvy : You’re comfortable with MS Office and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Organised & Motivated : Even when things get busy, you stay organised and keep delivering quality service.
  • Eligibility : Be eligible to work in Spain.
