Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales within a B2B industrial environment
High school diploma in Economics, Languages, or a related field is required; a university degree is strongly preferred
Vocational training in Industry or Wholesale and Foreign Trade is considered a plus
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Navision, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
Strong skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving
