About the role

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales within a B2B industrial environment
  • High school diploma in Economics, Languages, or a related field is required; a university degree is strongly preferred
  • Vocational training in Industry or Wholesale and Foreign Trade is considered a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Navision, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, customer focus, and accountability
