About the role

Responsibilities
- As CTO / Head of Tech you will take strategic and operational responsibility for the entire technology function
- You will lead a team of 40–50 highly qualified developers
- Develop and implement a forward-looking technology and AI strategy
- Establish standards for architecture, code quality, security and deployment
- Make strategic decisions regarding tech stacks and infrastructure
- Act as the technical representative of the company in key projects and client meetings
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable CTO, Tech Lead or Head of Engineering role, or as a Lead Architect
- Deep understanding of modern software development, architectural principles and agile project practices
- Solid knowledge of modern web and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills and decisiveness
- Experience in stakeholder management and in running parallel client projects with direct client contact
- Very good German and English skills
