About the role
- Project Manager responsible for leading projects on CRM and IT solutions. Collaborating with various clients for successful implementation and alignment with business processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, and establish priority tasks.
- Monitor progress of IT and CRM projects, identify potential issues or risks, and take proactive measures.
- Allocate human and technical resources to projects based on needs and available capacity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups.
- Identify and assess project risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and implement measures to minimize their impact.
- Translate business requirements into functional configurations on the Salesforce platform.
- Oversee quality assurance activities to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in IT project management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role managing software and CRM projects.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, CRM systems, and best practices.
- Experience optimizing CRM solutions (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Fluent oral and written proficiency in French and English.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
