About the role

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, and establish priority tasks.
  • Monitor progress of IT and CRM projects, identify potential issues or risks, and take proactive measures.
  • Allocate human and technical resources to projects based on needs and available capacity.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups.
  • Identify and assess project risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and implement measures to minimize their impact.
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations on the Salesforce platform.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role managing software and CRM projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, CRM systems, and best practices.
  • Experience optimizing CRM solutions (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Fluent oral and written proficiency in French and English.
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
