About the role

  • Credit Controller managing effective cash collection with a small team in specified business units. Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager in a sustainability-focused company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive effective cash collection.
  • Interact effectively with clients, capturing status of items.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal contacts in order to liaise over payment issues.
  • Assist cash team with allocation queries.
  • Identify and comply with Arcadis policies & procedures.
  • Monitor business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maximize cash collection, improving DRO

Requirements

  • Proven record in delivering cash targets.
  • Consistent high standards and methodical.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Excel / ERP to a medium proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence to interact effectively with clients/internally.
  • Effective time management skills.
