About the role

• Analista de Crédito analyzing credit for new clients at Matrix, focusing on credit policies and financial assessments. Working collaboratively in São Paulo's hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit analyses for new clients, including evaluation of Serasa Score, online research, financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement - DRE, and Cash Flow Statement) and interpretation of key liquidity, solvency, profitability and leverage indicators;
• Assess the need for collateral in accordance with identified risk and internal policies;
• Organize and update databases and reports, ensuring the integrity of credit information;
• Contribute to the calibration and improvement of credit policies and models, participating in the design of enhancements and process reviews;
• Support the preparation of KPIs, materials, supplier negotiations and presentations to support Credit Committees and Executive Management;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Basic Excel skills (data organization, simple formulas, filters and pivot tables);
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail;
• Organized and disciplined in managing tasks and meeting deadlines;
• Previous experience in credit routines;
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI;
• Familiarity with financial statement analysis and financial indicators.
