About the role

  • Analyst on Ford's Forward Model Launch Team building next-generation smart vehicles. Strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring a resilient, high-quality supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Help build world-class smart vehicles as part of the Forward Model Launch Team
  • Add critical value to the MP&L Supplier Management team
  • Establish a robust supply chain both at supplier side and internally
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial supplier relationships
  • Contribute to decreased costs, improved quality, and enhanced sustainability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in in OEM or Tier1 company, with a preference for the automotive industry
  • Knowledge and Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management software SAP – MMP Module
  • Strong knowledge in Ford MP&L (Supply Chain) systems like CMMS, Super G, GCP,MCPV Preferred
  • New supplier evaluation and supplier development
  • Supplier Delivery Performance (KPI) monitoring and improvement
  • Critical/Constraint Supplier Management
  • Proven track record in supply chain operations (Inbound flows / Packaging / Outbound flows / Diversity / Demand & Supply planning / In-plant Logistic operations / Warehouse management)
  • Well versed with MS Office Tools (excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in Large Data Handling/Management
  • Strong Data Analytical Skills to gather data from multiple sources to identify root causes, trends & insights and recommend operational improvements on Supplier Delivery Performance
  • Strong story telling capabilities with data to enable data driven decision making benefiting the organization.
