About the role
- Analyst on Ford's Forward Model Launch Team building next-generation smart vehicles. Strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring a resilient, high-quality supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Help build world-class smart vehicles as part of the Forward Model Launch Team
- Add critical value to the MP&L Supplier Management team
- Establish a robust supply chain both at supplier side and internally
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial supplier relationships
- Contribute to decreased costs, improved quality, and enhanced sustainability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in in OEM or Tier1 company, with a preference for the automotive industry
- Knowledge and Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management software SAP – MMP Module
- Strong knowledge in Ford MP&L (Supply Chain) systems like CMMS, Super G, GCP,MCPV Preferred
- New supplier evaluation and supplier development
- Supplier Delivery Performance (KPI) monitoring and improvement
- Critical/Constraint Supplier Management
- Proven track record in supply chain operations (Inbound flows / Packaging / Outbound flows / Diversity / Demand & Supply planning / In-plant Logistic operations / Warehouse management)
- Well versed with MS Office Tools (excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in Large Data Handling/Management
- Strong Data Analytical Skills to gather data from multiple sources to identify root causes, trends & insights and recommend operational improvements on Supplier Delivery Performance
- Strong story telling capabilities with data to enable data driven decision making benefiting the organization.
