Responsibilities
Manage local operations in hub and at customer sites
The Country Manager is responsible for the local operations in Germany
You have a P&L responsibility
Your main goal is to run daily operations which takes place in the main MAG45 hub in Neusaß and other customer sites
You coach the MAG45 team to achieve operational excellence and act as the champion for operational improvements
You are the face of MAG45 in the local setting while implementing and expanding MAG45 business and services
Together with the Commercial team, you are creating the change by introducing the customer to the new way of working with MAG45
You constantly monitor business case and update in case of major changes
You represent MAG45 within local customer accounts, making sure the customer is satisfied and our good reputation is in place
You develop the scope on existing products and services within the named key accounts and expand to new sites of the key account
Requirements
A university level of education, knowledge and experience
At least 4-7 years of experience in an international environment with relevant supply chain management and process management experience on industry level
Experience with working in a multidisciplinary and multinational environment
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
A proven track record of managing stakeholders at multiple levels and managing (project) teams.
