About the role
- Corporate Travel Consultant specializing in GDS tools and business travel services for clients. Seeking candidates with expertise in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Responsibilities
- Daytime back-up service for travel agencies
- Specialist in Corporate / Business Travel services
- Business ticketing (GDS expertise in Amadeus or Sabre or Galileo)
- Travel Management Company (TMC) and provides customers with dedicated or shared travel consultants
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone, email and chat requests
- Provide information according to requests
- Booking, modifying and cancelling air, rail, hotel and car rental services via our client's GDS or BtoB sites.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in ticketing, Business Travel Agent
- Knowledge in Sabre or Amadeus or Galileo
- Multitask, organized, Expert in Corporate Travel Agent living in Portugal
- Language: English
- Team spirit, empathy, diplomacy, flexibility and adaptability
- Reactive, autonomous, astute, rigorous and able to control stress to deal with emergency situations
- Good knowledge of B2B/C sites
- Fluency with IT tools essential, autonomy and thoroughness.
