Marketing Specialist focusing on branding and content for LWSA, developing initiatives to strengthen institutional brand and support innovative projects.
Responsibilities
Safeguard the LWSA institutional brand: develop and manage the brand book/brand guide, produce institutional content (such as materials for social media, press and executives), and ensure consistent brand usage across all areas and companies within the group.
Develop and implement integrated/cross-brand marketing initiatives, connecting solutions and customer journeys across the LWSA ecosystem.
Support the dissemination of marketing best practices among the group's companies, identifying opportunities, trends, and resources that drive efficiency and innovation.
Prepare performance analyses of marketing initiatives, structuring KPIs and presenting results clearly and objectively.
Prepare and deliver executive presentations for senior leadership, translating results, insights, and recommendations into strategic narratives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in corporate, institutional, or brand marketing.
Proven experience preparing executive presentations and analyzing performance metrics.
Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on execution ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and marketing metrics.
Intermediate to advanced English is a plus.
