Requirements
- Completed university degree (e.g. law, finance, economics or related fields), Bachelor or higher
- Professional experience at a Big Four firm or in a regulated financial institution
- In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
- Strong leadership, communication and client management skills
- Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
