About the role
- Controller responsible for corporate annual planning and business partner analytics. Managing internal and external reporting processes and cross-departmental projects for optimization.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of the corporate annual plan and interim forecasts, including analysis and reporting as a business partner to the functional areas
- Management of data submissions to automobile manufacturers
- Independent determination and analysis of planned vs. actual variances and derivation of recommended actions
- Advisory support for branches/dealerships
- Implementation and optimization of internal and external reporting
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and support for cross-departmental projects as well as group-wide process optimizations
- Development and further enhancement of control-relevant KPI systems and analytical tools
- Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
Requirements
- Degree in Economics/Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification
- Experience in automotive retail is desirable
- Strong IT affinity and confident use of MS Office applications
- Initial professional experience as a Controller or in a comparable position is desirable
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and assertiveness
