About the role
- Service Controller driving operational finance activities supporting the service business in EMEA. Collaborating with finance teams and business partners to ensure operational control and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive operational control activities for service operations, including customer order validation, capacity cost control, and performance follow-up.
- Analyze and validate financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems and processes within your responsibility area.
- Support assigned business partners across EMEA PAC and PEC organizations, providing financial analysis and actionable insights to support business and financial targets.
- Collaborate with global finance colleagues to develop, improve, and locally implement finance tools, principles, and ways of working.
- Support continuous improvement, especially within workshop service controlling, reporting, and performance management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in an operational or production-related environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as IPM, BAM, POP, and/or Power BI.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
