- Financial management and oversight of a central business area, including planning, forecasting, month-end closing and reporting.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner: advise both specialist and management levels on economic and business-related questions.
- Analyze pricing and margin structures and derive measures for sustainable performance optimization.
- Identify opportunities and risks early and ensure transparent communication.
- Initiate sound profitability and ad-hoc analyses to safeguard results.
- Proactively advance the development of reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, BI and IT.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field.
- Very good command of English.
- Several years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering or procurement controlling.
- Ideally, industry experience in retail or the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical and process understanding.
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, BI tools as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident communication in German and English and ability to present complex topics clearly.
- Proactive, solution-oriented working style and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
