- Responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting under HGB and IFRS
- Analysis of operational and strategic business performance
- Close cooperation with international group functions across the corporation
- Support the annual departmental planning process
- Act as a proactive business partner and financial guide for the operational units
- Point of contact for management on business and financial matters
- Support in preparing annual financial statements and audits
- Take on cross-functional finance projects
- Independently develop internal reporting and controlling processes
Requirements
- Degree in economics or business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience as a controller preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, good facilitation/moderation abilities and team spirit
- Affinity for IT/digitalization, experience with Excel, and interest in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI
- Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
- Solution-oriented mindset with analytical skills and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our sites in Germany
