Responsibilities
Responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting under HGB and IFRS
Analysis of operational and strategic business performance
Close cooperation with international group functions across the corporation
Support the annual departmental planning process
Act as a proactive business partner and financial guide for the operational units
Point of contact for management on business and financial matters
Support in preparing annual financial statements and audits
Take on cross-functional finance projects
Independently develop internal reporting and controlling processes
Requirements
Degree in economics or business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or equivalent
Several years of professional experience as a controller preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, good facilitation/moderation abilities and team spirit
Affinity for IT/digitalization, experience with Excel, and interest in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI
Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
Solution-oriented mindset with analytical skills and a proactive attitude
Willingness to travel occasionally to our sites in Germany
